We provide RICS red book valuations, whether it be residential, commercial or agricultural property.

We are a registered valuer under the RICS valuation registration scheme and regularly carry out valuations for the following purposes:

Inheritance Tax (Probate), Capital Gans Tax, Private Residence Relief, Pension Plans, Tax Planning and General Market (Agency) Valuations

Examples of Valuations:

Open Market Valuations - Freehold and Leasehold
Probate - Save thousands in tax with a professional valuation. Rather than take the aggregate of three estate agent valuations (which are obviously going to be high), we will independently value your asset as low as feasibly possible, saving you potentially thousands in tax.
Capital Gains Tax - Prompt returns are required should you sell a qualifying asset
Personal Property Relief - Don’t get caught out when you sell your house. If your house plot is in excess of 0.5 hectares (2 acres), technically the excess will be subject to CGT. We will help you minimise the tax payable.
Pension
